Refund policy

We work very hard to ensure that we develop quality products to ensure an excellent product experience and feedback.  However, there are times that things do go wrong.  To limit such incidents we recommend that you download the Free or Basic Version on your phone to ensure that it runs properly on your phone and that your phone is compatible.

You are entitles for a refund on the following scenarios:

• Software is not compatible with your phone.
• The software is defective and the problem isn't resolved within 30 days of your purchase.

All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. All refunds are final and shall serve as the sole remedy for any claims relating to the purchase, download, use or inability to use the MobiMonster2.0 software application(s), unless such limitation is otherwise prohibited by law.  By receipt of a refund, the purchaser agrees to remove and delete the software, all of its components, any registration codes, and fully downloaded versions from the device and/or computer.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds if you replace your phone with an incompatible/unsupported phone model.
